The Israel Weapon Industries (IWI) Uzi Pro with stabilizing brace is a modern pistol variant of the legendary Uzi submachine gun chambered in 9mm. Beginning with a polymer lower, those familiar with the original UZI may notice that the magazine release has been converted to a button style and moved into a more conventional pistol position for American consumers. IWI moved the reciprocating charging handle from its iconic position on top of the receiver to the left side to make room for a full length Picatinny rail for your choice of optic and a three dot sight system that is adjustable for both windage and elevation. A second short rail was added under the barrel for the attachment of a weapon light or hand stop. Out back the Uzi pro incorporates a custom folding IWI branded pistol brace from SB Tactical.
