This fully ambidextrous pistol features FN’s outstanding Low Profile Optics Mounting System with plate adapters that allow for the direct mounting of over 10 different optics. High profile, black combat-style sights aid in one handed racking and co-witness with your choice of optic. An improved flatter faced trigger with a 6lb pull combines with a cold hammer forged stainless steel barrel for exceptional accuracy while enhanced grip textures provide the control you need for fast follow up shots in all conditions. Front and rear cocking serrations provide ample grip for slide manipulation and two interchangeable backstraps ensure a comfortable fit in your hand. The FN 509 Midsize ships with two 15 round magazines and is compatible with full sized 17 & 24 round 509 magazines with the use of appropriate magazine sleeves.
