The Sig Sauer P320-M18 is a civilian version of the modular, striker fired, 9mm compact pistol adopted by the US Marines, Air Force and Coast Guard, derived from the US Army’s full sized Sig M17. The P320-M18 adopts the same Carry Length grip module as the M17 with a shorter 3.9” barrel and matching slide. This commercial version of the US militaries official sidearm comes standard with the excellent SIGLITE tritium night sights and is optic ready using a removable rear sight plate that can be replaced with adapter plates for most popular optics. Perhaps the most important quality for any military firearm is reliability. During evaluations testers fired 16,500 rounds through five weapons and the M18 achieved a 95 percent probability of firing 99 rounds of FMJ or JHP ammunition continuously without a single failure. The P320-M18 features a manual ambidextrous safety and slide stop/release. The standard curved trigger of the M18 has a clean break and positive reset. Out front, an accessory rail allows the mounting of weapon lights and lasers.
