Description

The Ruger LCP II chambered in 380 ACP is a major upgrade to the wildly successful original LCP micro compact pocket pistol. The LCP II is 1/8th of an inch wider than the original so it fit’s larger hands a little better and control is enhanced with improved grip texturing and forward serrations for slide manipulation. The integral sights have been improved with greater height and a narrow front post which is easier to center in the rear sight notch for a better sight picture. Ruger uses the safe and reliable Secure Action Fire control with a protected internal hammer, neutrally ballenced sear, hammer catch and a trigger safety. And what a trigger it is. The trigger in the LCP II has a shorter pull, crisper break, and faster, more tactile reset than the original. This little gun is accurate as it is easy to carry, and that’s saying a lot. As an added bonus the easy to rack slide holds open after the last round, a rare but welcome feature on a gun this size.
Note: 6-round LCP® magazines are compatible with the LCP® II, but will not activate the last round hold-open feature of the LCP® II. 7-round LCP® magazines are NOT compatible with the LCP® II.
