The HK VP9 is a full-sized striker fired, optic ready, 9mm pistol with the outstanding design, quality, and performance you have come to expect from Heckler & Koch. HKs legendary cold hammer forged barrel uses a polygonal bore profile for an expected service life of over 90,000 rounds and in combination with the highly regarded HKVP Precision Strike Trigger delivers exceptional accuracy thanks to a single action like short smooth take-up, crisp break and short, positive re-set. Unique to HK, the completely adjustable VP Grip with interchangeable backstraps and side panels allow you to tailor the grip of your VP9 to the exact shape of your hand. HK’s advanced ergonomics continue with an ambidextrous paddle style magazine release, ambidextrous slide release, front and rear cocking serrations and charging supports at the rear of the slide to make the operation of the VP9 easy and natural. The VP9 comes with night sights and an optics cut for your choice of red dot adapter as well as a picatinny rail for lights or lasers. The VP9 uses a number of safety features including a drop safe firing pin safety and a trigger tab that prevents the trigger from moving to the rear unless it is depressed. A loaded chamber indicator on the extractor clearly shows the status of the firearm while a firing pin indicator at the rear shows the cocked or un-cocked status of the gun.
